The Adhara is a 2-way high-end floorstanding loudspeaker with a very high-quality chassis.

The highs are produced by the very airy and light Air Motion Transformer (AMT) Audaphon AMT-1i.

The lows are provided by the Wavecor WF182CU13 with the highest quality.

Both set themselves the goal of creating a loudspeaker that can be placed close to the rear wall and that is easily directed towards the listener.

The crossover consists of a 3rd order high pass (18 dB / octave) for the tweeter, an absorption circuit smooths the frequency response between 3 kHz and 8 kHz and a blocking circuit smooths it between 15 kHz and 25 kHz.

The woofer is connected to a 3rd order low pass. An absorption circuit smooths the frequency response between 600 Hz and 1.5 kHz.

The frequency response of the loudspeaker is fantastically linear.

The decay spectrum is almost flawless.

The non-linear distortions at low volumes (85 dB, 1 m) are below 0.4% above 500 Hz and remain below 1% even at (95 dB, 1 m).
