Kit without housing, price per speaker

The Alya active is a small 2-way high-end floor-standing loudspeaker.

The excellent Audaphon TWS 30/4 is used as the tweeter, which is also very well suited for low crossover frequencies.

Two Wavecor WF120CU07 with phase plug and very linear frequency response are used as the woofer.

The active version was created by the Klang+Ton editorial team.

The Alya active uses a Hypex Fusion FA122 built-in amplifier (the Audaphon amplifier AMP-24 that was originally used is no longer available).

The amplifier has an output of 2x 125W (4 Ohm).

The frequency response of the loudspeaker is very linear.

The decay spectrum is almost flawless, apart from a few artifacts.

The nonlinear distortions at low volumes (85 dB, 1 m) are below 0.3% in the audible range above 300 Hz and remain below 0.6% in this range even at (95 dB, 1 m).
