BlieSMa T25A-6 25mm Aluminum dome tweeter 6 Ohm

The measurements of a pre-production sample of the BlieSMa T25A-6 tweeter.

The THD measurements at distance of 315 mm and voltage levels 2 - 11.2 Volt were carried out with High Pass Filter "on" (2nd order Butterworth type, 800 Hz cutoff, HPF2-800)​

Characteristics :

• 25 mm variable thickness aluminium-magnesium alloy lens.
• Membrane resonance at about 35kHz in ultrasound - this is otherwise typical for membranes made of beryllium
• Extremely low moving mass for improved dynamics, response and higher efficiency
• Fully saturated copper-capped neodymium motor for low non-linear distortion and exceptionally low intermodulation distortion 2 mm linear excursion and large vent channel for undistorted reproduction at low frequencies
• Narrow surround for less tone coloration through soft elements.
• Sound generation only through the aluminum membrane, which is rigid up to 35kHz
• Flush-mounted surround and rear-mounted magnet system for a flat frequency response and a wide off-axis response.
• No ferrofluid for improved dynamics
• Copper-coated aluminum underhung voice coil on titanium bobbin
• Flexible and lightweight connection wires, made in Denmark
• Thick powder coated aluminum flange
• Aluminum rear chamber with natural wool damping gold plated wire connectors recommended frequency range 2.2kHz-35kHz
