Visaton's W 200 S 8" woofer features a coated paper cone, durable rubber surround, and a bumped back plate to allow an excursion limit of ±10 mm.

A balanced design approach between sensitivity, smooth frequency response (cross it over as high as 2,800 Hz), and extended bass allows this driver to be used as a woofer in two and three-way speaker systems or as a subwoofer.
