Visaton SC 5 1/2" Polycarbonate Tweeter

The SC 5 1/2" dome tweeter from Visaton is a natural choice for speaker builders designing desktop recording monitors, surround sound multimedia speakers, or center channels. Visaton's SC 5 shielded 1/2" polycarbonate dome tweeter is built for superior off-axis response, high sensitivity, and a relatively flat frequency response from 4,000 Hz to 10,000 Hz.

Above 10,000 Hz, the SC5 features a rising response to add ambiance and sparkle. The small size of this tweeter lends itself to be used in small 2-way monitors, center-channel speakers, and multimedia speakers where a shielded design is desired.
