ICEpower 400SM Power Supply Multichannel ICEmatch
The 400SM is the power supply from the ICEmatch series. ICEmatch is a flexible multi-channel audio solution with amazing sound quality and endless design freedom. It consists of two separate modules; this power supply module and the 80AM2 amplifier modules. The unique flexibility and intelligent features make ICEmatch a natural choice for multi-channel audio applications, custom installation systems and active speaker designs. This universal mains switch mode power supply operates from 85 VAC to 264 VAC utilizing ICEpower patented technology. It features +5V standby, ± 5V and ± 12V auxiliary power supplies, wake-on signal sense, 12 V trigger input and status LED indicators. The standby power consumption is less than 0.2 W and the 400SM is capable of supplying up to 0.3 W to power your additional circuitry while in standby, easily complying with EuP 2013 standards. The onboard heat sink eliminates the need for additional bulky heat sinks and heavy main transformers. The advanced protection system has a total of 9 independent protection circuits monitoring temperatures, currents and voltages. Thanks to this ICEmatch modules are protected against short circuits, overload, overheating, and DC on output. The integrated protection scheme ensures music at all times until the predefined maximum limits are reached and a safe shutdown is required. There is an on-board fuse and EMI filtering provides pre-approval for EN and FCC. You can connect up to eight 80AM2 amplifier modules through the ICEmatch BUS interface, creating a 16-channel power amplifier.
