The Accuton C25-6-158 is a tweeter with an ultra-hard 25mm ceramic cone in a 58mm aluminum enclosure. A proprietary clamping technique allows easy mounting and adaptation to various front panel designs. Since the diaphragm's breakup frequency is above the audible range and well damped, no diaphragm cutouts are required. A unique FEA-optimized underhang design with vented titanium voice coil former and dual neodymium magnet ensures low energy storage, excellent heat transfer and high excursion for low compression and extremely low distortion. The redesigned soft fabric surround centers the moving parts with improved linearity. We recommend our Accuton C25-6-158 in an application above 2000 Hz.
