Product details

Ribbon tweeters are known for their excellent sound quality, with fast transient response, wide frequency response, and low distortion. The NeoPro 10i is no exception, with a frequency response of 700Hz to 40kHz and a distortion rating of less than 0.5% at 90dB SPL. The NeoPro 10i is also very efficient, meaning that it can produce high sound levels with relatively little power. This makes it a good choice for both home audio and professional applications.

The NeoPro 10i is a relatively large tweeter, so it is important to make sure that there is enough space in your enclosure to accommodate it. It is also important to use a crossover that is specifically designed for ribbon tweeters.

All of this combines to make the Neo X 1.0 an incredible, true ribbon tweeter with a super-wide (and flat) frequency response that extends from 1,200 Hz out to 40,000 Hz, while the wide horizontal off-axis dispersion makes for a larger listening sweet spot. The benign impedance makes the Neo X 1.0 a safe speaker to use with temperamental tube amplifiers. Recommended minimum crossover frequency: 2,500 Hz @ 18 dB/octave.
