Tröööt is a two-way floorstanding loudspeaker. Tröööt is a bass reflex loudspeaker with chassis from Celestion and Visaton. The loudspeaker contains the following chassis: - a tweeter horn with Celestion CDX1-1747 drive - a Visaton W 300 8 Ohm woofer The loudspeaker was developed by Oliver Martin. The crossover consists of: - a 2nd order high pass (12 dB / octave) for the tweeter. - a 3rd order low pass (18 dB / octave) for the woofer. The frequency response of the loudspeaker is perfectly linear. The decay spectrum (waterfall spectrum) shows a delayed decay behavior in the middle. The non-linear distortions at low volumes (85 dB, 1 m) are below 0.6% above 300 Hz and remain below 1.1% in the audible range even at higher levels (95 dB, 1 m).

The high-end kit is equipped with baked enamel coils to reduce the microphonic effect (the current through the coil generates a magnetic field, which in turn sets the winding in motion. This movement induces voltages in the coil, which are added to the useful signal. The tighter the winding of the coil, the less the useful signal is distorted.) The capacitor for the Celestion CDX1-1747 - where quality is particularly important - is a high-quality Clarity Cap CSA MKP capacitor with 250 V.
