CTK TempoFix F8 (Soft Metal 8)
Self-adhesive, very light foam thermo-acoustic mat reinforced with metal foil, whose task is to reflect thermal radiation and additional improvement of acoustic properties. It is one of the most efficient materials for thermal and acoustic insulation of the car's cabin, characterized by low sound transmission (noise) and good thermal insulation properties, also at higher temperatures. CTK TempoFix F foam mats are soft, flexible and easy to assemble. The product does not emit any toxins after heating up to + 150ºC. Thanks to this, as well as oil and waterproof properties, CTK TempoFix F mats can be used on practically all car body components, including the engine compartment flap. In order to get the best effect, where possible,

The maximum level of soundproofing of the interior of the vehicle passenger compartment can only be achieved by a complete soundproofing (damping and soundproofing and soundproofing) of all key elements of the bodywork and interior, by installing on these elements in layers (if possible and available space) three different types of most effective materials of the highest class, in which each of them has different acoustic properties, operates in a different frequency range and plays a different role. layer 2 - foam insulation - acoustic barriers with closed cell structure, which block the entry of road noise into the cabin and further thermally insulate the interior against excessive heating and rapid cooling (e.g. ➡️ CTK ELASTIC , ➡️ CTK ELASTIC F rubber foams, ➡️ CTK TEMPO FIX polyethylene foams),

layer 2/3 - soft and porous sound-absorbing materials with open and / or partially closed cell structure, which, in addition to the sound-absorbing properties, also play the role of shock-absorbing and damping spacers of the resonance of the plastic padding elements and reduce crackling and the creaking of these elements (eg ➡️ CTK SILENCE FIX, ➡️ CTK WAVE FIX sound-absorbing polyurethane foams, ➡️ CTK CAIMAT fleece-based sound-absorbing mats).
