Block Pro 40 is the ultimate acoustic membrane material based on a non-woven fabric on a polymer layer with improved adhesive properties. The material guarantees a high index of soundproofing properties. Block Pro is intended to be applied as the final third layer on the noisiest parts of the bodywork. It is applied only on horizontal surfaces. Block Pro is flexible and does not lose effectiveness over a wide range of temperatures. In case of demand for the most effective noise reduction with the smallest possible increase in weight, it is also possible to use the CTK Block PRO 20 variant .

How to apply the cushioning material CTK Block PRO 40?

1) Apply the material as a final layer to the already applied materials  ➡️ CTK PRACTIC,  ➡️ CTK PREMIUM ,  ➡️ CTK ELASTIC ,  ➡️ CTK TEMPO FIX or the brand new  ➡️ CTK ELASTIC F. No degreasing required.

2) Cut the damping material into the largest possible pieces corresponding to the location

3) Apply without heating as a final layer

4) No need for rolling or other processing

HOW TO MUTE THE CAR EFFECTIVELY?
