The CTK Sandwich was born from the union of 2 already existing products: the CTK Premium and the CTK Elastic. In this way it is possible to combine the anti-vibration capabilities of the first with the sound-absorbing ones of the second.
CTK Sandwich 5.0 is a premium 3-layer (multi-layer) soundproof material made of polymer mixtures and ALU foil.
The sandwich consists of a butyl material with an ALU foil that absorbs vibrations (CTK Premium) and a noise-absorbing material (CTK Elastic). It can be used on any surface of car floors or even doors. It is resistant to water and moisture. Sandwich was created to reduce installation time.

The main advantage of the CTK Sandwich 5.0 material
It consists of a lightweight butyl layer, an ALU foil and a polymer layer made of closed pulp.

Recommended use of CTK Sandwich 5.0
CTK Sandwich 5.0 can be applied completely independently or as the first layer. Replaces layering with 2 types of materials. It is suitable for application to the inside of the door, on the roof, on the floor, the central tunnel or underpasses.

layer 2/3 - soft and porous sound-absorbing materials with open and / or partially closed cell structure, which, in addition to the sound-absorbing properties, also play the role of shock-absorbing and damping spacers of the resonance of the plastic padding elements and reduce crackling and the creaking of these elements (eg ➡️ CTK SILENCE FIX, ➡️ CTK WAVE FIX sound-absorbing polyurethane foams, ➡️ CTK CAIMAT fleece-based sound-absorbing mats). To obtain the best road noise reduction effect, it is also recommended to install the ➡️ CTK BLOCK PRO acoustic membrane as the last third layer on the lower horizontal parts of the bodywork.
