The Premium Tailgate Damping Material Package contains only the best damping materials available on the market today. Lightweight materials with more than 20% weight loss compared to standard ones, yet with incredible efficiency. The package contains the number corresponding to damping one pair, i.e. both left and right rear doors of passenger cars.

The package includes:

7x CTK Premium 18 to prevent vibrations inside the door, i.e. to dampen the inner sheets and the part to which the window closing mechanism is attached

2x CTK LineFix 7 V2 to prevent any unwanted vibrations of the upholstery, i.e. to dampen the inner side of the upholstery

CTK Premium 18 - 1.8 mm is a self-adhesive lightweight butyl rubber anti-vibration material with a thickness of 1.8 mm.

CTK LineFix 7 V2 is a water-resistant self-adhesive material designed to absorb noise of medium and high frequencies

The material is made of viscous polyurethane foam with an adhesive layer. Thanks to the latex impregnation, LineFix has a memory effect - it restores its shape even after pressing with great pressure, even after long-term pressing. LineFix's excellent sound-absorbing properties make it the ideal material for installing soundproofing on the inside of upholstery or in places where any counter-part needs to fit precisely. Procedure for application:

Remove the door trim, possibly also the part on which the window winder is attached
Dampen the inner sheet with CTK Premium 18
Reinstall the retractor part and damp it again with CTK Premium 18
Dampen the inside of the removed upholstery with CTK LineFix 7 V2
Put the upholstery back in its original position.
