CTK Elastic F6 is an innovative heat-treated neoprene sound-absorbing material with an ALU foil with improved acoustic and thermal insulation properties.

CTK Elastic F is a sound-absorbing material based on rubber neoprene with an upper aluminum foil. It is therefore excellent for sound and thermal insulation of cars. The strong adhesive layer provides a reliable attachment even on very broken car parts.

Main description of CTK Elastic F6

Light polyurethane material with a structure of compacted closed cells, does not absorb moisture and is long-lasting. It provides perfect sound and thermal insulation of the passenger space, allows long-term thermal stability. This material is identical to the ➡️ ELASTIC SERIES , its characteristic feature is a layer of aluminum foil on the outside, which gives the material increased resistance and heat-reflecting properties. As a result, it has much higher thermal and sound insulation properties.

How to apply CTK Elastic F6?

1) Ideally, apply the neoprene layer as a second layer to the already glued butyl material ➡️ CTK PRACTIC , ➡️ CTK PREMIUM .

2) Cut CTK Elastic F6 into sheets corresponding to the place of application

3) If you glue this material as a separate layer, degrease the surface with Auto Finesse Obliterate

4) Glue without the need for previous degreasing if it is glued as a second layer

5) In areas of significant penetration noise (floor, etc.), it is possible to layer the material with the final material ➡️ CTK BLOCK PRO
