We recommend installing the Tyrofoam heavy-duty foam panels using spray adhesive. The inexpensive Tyrofoam is available in 10 mm and 30 mm.

Cut the Tyrofoam heavy-duty foam sheets to suit your needs using scissors or a cutter knife. Apply spray adhesive or other contact adhesive on both sides, allow the adhesive to ventilate a little and press the Tyrofoam sheets on.
