VBF Vibra Flex 40 - 4.0 mm damping material: Self-adhesive anti-vibration material with a thickness of 4.0 mm.

- self-adhesive anti-vibration, damping and anti-corrosion material for use in cars, agricultural machinery, engineering

How to apply the damping material Vibra Flex 4.0 mm?

1) Degrease the surface.

2) Cut the damping material into pieces approx. 15x15 cm in size

3) Apply from the bottom up with an overlap of about 0.5 cm (as if you were putting bags on the roof, the water from the material will then run down to the drainage channels and will not get under the material)

4) Carefully roll out with the  ➡️ CTK ROLLER

Our TIP:  For maximum efficiency in noise reduction, we recommend layering the material with a second layer of  ➡️ VBF NOISE NEOPRENE 3 (undercarriage) or ➡️ VBF NOISE NEOPRENE 6 (doors, floor, sides, etc.).
