The 9" Raal Lazy Ribbon is a super detailed and super efficient ribbon tweeter.  The high efficiency makes this a perfect choice as a tweeter or super tweeter for horn systems or other high efficiency systems.  Ribbon tweeters are a dead short to the amplifier, so you need to use a passive crossover on the tweeter.

RAAL 210-10 Flatfoil Ribbon Tweeter

The RAAL 210-10 Flatfoil Ribbon Tweeter is a high-end tweeter that is known for its excellent sound quality and high efficiency. It features an aluminum ribbon supertweeter with an amorphous C-core transfo and a ribbon surface of 20cm2. The tweeter has an impedance of 3.5 - 5 - 7 - 10 - 14 ohms selectable and a power handling (RMS) of 200 W. The frequency response is between 3000 - 50000 Hz and the sensitivity is between 105 - 106.5 - 108 - 109.5 - 111 dB selectable.

If you intend to use an electronic crossover, you still need to use a large capacitor in series with the tweeter, in this case perhaps a 30mfd. The tweeter has different soldering points in order to adjust the tweeter output level.
