SMSL SP400 Balanced MQA THX Headphone Amplifier

Versatile, the SP400 has both balanced and unbalanced inputs and outputs. The SP400 is equipped with both balanced and unbalanced inputs and outputs, so both unbalanced RCA and balanced XLR inputs are available. On the output side, the SP400 offers an unbalanced 6.35mm jack headphone output, a balanced XLR 4-pin headphone output, and a balanced XLR Pre-Out output. The SP400's relay volume control allows for extremely precise adjustment of the sound level while ensuring low noise. The volume control has 256 levels. The power supply circuit of the SP400 is not to be outdone, SMSL integrates 2 custom-designed 24W high efficiency and low noise power supplies. These last ones allow providing to all the audio circuits a clean electrical signal, essential to ensure a high-quality sound reproduction. All of the SP400's components are integrated into a beautiful CNC machined aluminum housing. The design of the SP400 follows the design of the other devices in the range for visually consistent integration. The front of the device is also adorned with a beautiful OLED screen, displaying all the useful information and allowing intuitive navigation. In order to adapt to all types of helmets, the SP400 offers a 3-level gain control. Thus, it is possible to use either a high-sensitivity helmet or a high impedance model.
