Baked varnish core coils are heavy-duty coils with very little distortion. The FERON used as the core material is subsequently heat-treated in a special process. This gives FERON a crystal lattice structure that has optimal magnetic properties, offers the lowest loss values ​​and is very low-distortion. The load capacity is significantly higher than that of comparable ferrite core coils, whereby the mechanical dimensions and the costs are significantly lower than those of transformer core coils. We offer this design in two series:

A cost-optimized series with the types BS71 with 0.7 mm baked enamel wire, BS100 with 1 mm baked enamel wire, BS125 with 1.25 mm enameled wire and BS140 with 1.4 mm enameled wire.

Enameled wire is used to protect against unwanted vibrations.
