Comfort Mat AEROSPACE GALAXY 7 mm is an advanced vibro-acoustic material that combines vibration damping and sound insulation in a single layer. The construction consists of a modern vibro-acoustic mixture with foam granules, a 2 mm thick sound-insulating membrane and a 100 micron aluminum foil with a matte surface. Thanks to this construction, Galaxy reduces both vibrations and sound transmission, while increasing the rigidity of large body surfaces. With a mechanical loss factor (MLF) of 0.56, the material offers high acoustic comfort and effective sound insulation even under demanding conditions. With a surface weight saving of up to 40% compared to two-layer solutions, it is also ideal for electric and sports cars.

The mixture has a final density of 0.58 g/cm³, which provides high damping capacity without significantly increasing the weight. The materials in the series achieve MLF values ​​​​up to 0.62 (Zenith) and are very resistant to temperature changes and moisture. In addition, they help increase the rigidity of the body panel, which improves both acoustics and structural strength.
