Comfort Mat AEROSPACE ZENITH9 mm is the most effective material in the Aerospace vibro-acoustic product range, combining advanced anti-vibration and sound insulation properties in a single layer. Thanks to its strong multi-layer construction, optimized for maximum vibration and noise isolation, Zenith is designed for the most stressed parts of the vehicle body, where the goal is to achieve top acoustic comfort without compromise. The total thickness of 9 mm, including a 3 mm heavy sound insulation membrane, allows for effective vibration absorption while significantly reducing the transmission of noise. The material achieves an acoustic loss factor (MLF) of up to 0.62, outperforming most conventional anti-vibration materials.
Zenith is particularly suitable for use on the floor, in the area of wheel arches or in the rear of the car, where significant reduction of noise is required in a single application.As a result we get a high efficiency while maintaining a reasonable surface weight of no more than 9 kg/m². This represents an average weight saving of 35-40% compared to conventional two-layer applications, which is important for soundproofing electric cars, sports cars and where low weight of the used materials is a priority.

About Comfortmat Aerospace technology
The Aerospace series combines vibration damping and sound insulation in one product. Through a sandwich construction with polymer mastic and foam granules, a unique balance between weight and efficiency is created. The mixture has a final density of 0.58 g/cm³, which provides high damping capacity without significantly increasing the weight. The materials in the series achieve MLF values up to 0.62 (Zenith) and are very resistant to temperature changes and moisture. In addition, they help increase the rigidity of the body panel, which improves both acoustics and structural strength.
