The CD2514 is designed for high-quality audio system applications where truly high SPL and minimal distortion are fundamental. The controllers feature a 1.4-pull weight and a 2.5-pull coil diameter. They are available with two premium materials and three different cups made of titanium, advanced polyester and high-temperature polymer. Each of these three materials poses unique physical properties that allow system designers to choose between three different characteristics within a similar range of power and sensitivity. Both the Neodymium and Ferrite versions belong to Beyma's new DEPLOCEX technology, which makes them more efficient and immune to the phenomenon of energy understanding. The three have high efficiency and excellent transient response. While the titanium is very linear with a light decay for high frequencies, the high temperature polymer has a higher sensitivity at 5 KHz and higher, which provides that additional presence that on occasion is required for larger or larger scale systems. reverberant surroundings.
