The GAS MAD S3-10D2 is a 10" (250 mm) car subwoofer suitable for mounting in a cabinet with a power of 500 W RMS.

The MAD S3-10D2 subwoofer is a game changer! Similar to the MAX S1/S2 series, this subwoofer features a lightweight non-press paper diaphragm and 3D aluminum canopy to hit hard, play LOUD, and withstand even the hardest kicks. The aluminum dust cap dissipates heat from the voice coils, and the embossed GAS logo minimizes resonance and ensures stability in every beat.

The equipment is taken from the MAX S1/S2 series, where the MAD S3-10.D2 is equipped with rubber suspension with double stitching. The suspension is strong, springy and flexible to create a powerful sound that shocks and amazes! Of course, the double stitching comes in the iconic GAS orange that we all love madly.

Dual 2-Ohm 2″ TIL voice coils with 4-layer copper wire. This MAD setup produces tons of bass that is not only deep, but also fast and hard! The voice coils are "non-conducting", meaning they move smoothly through the magnetic gap without missing a single beat. A robust MAD S1/S2 series steel M-basket is also combined with a two-component HQ ferrite motor from the MAX S1 series, resulting in real power! Also included is a robust pressure-bonded IMPP M-seal to stabilize the basket and minimize the risk of damage to the hinge when attaching the subwoofer.

To ensure that the MAD S3 subwoofer stays cool, the popular DVS™ ventilation system is taken to a new level. Thanks to the improved DVS2™ ventilation system (the same technology used in the popular MAX S1 series) located on the back plate of the subwoofer and in the basket under the spider, the MAD S3 series can sustain a much higher load.
