With high quality ferrite motor, copper wire voice coil, aluminum body and copper shorting ring, GAS MAX K2-64 has a strong and stable foundation. It ensures that the speaker can deliver crisp, clear and powerful sound that exceeds your expectations. The MAX series is all about quality, which is why an aluminum basket and metal tweeter housing are used. This speaker is built to handle anything you throw at it, harsh conditions are no problem thanks to the vented DVS basket and the beautiful GAS A Star pattern backplate.

Sweden, where GAS speakers are designed, is known for its harsh climate. It's cold, hot, wet, windy - you can experience it all at the same time. It is for this reason that the MAX K2-64 is equipped with an A3D lightweight pressed paper membrane with WRC (Water Repellent Coating). This membrane is strong, highly sensitive and of course completely weatherproof. This means you can enjoy your music regardless of the climate or weather.

The GAS MAX K2-64 kit also features a low Fs designer mid-bass driver that reproduces not only the midrange spectrum but also the vital experience of a mid-bass speaker with great authority and dynamics. The NBR and spider Polycotton/Nomex suspension provides impressively detailed and responsive sound reproduction, and the silk dome tweeter delivers clear and brilliant highs without being harsh. In other words, you'll hear every detail, making your favorite music sound bolder and more alive.

Separate crossovers are included to provide easier assembly. You can even choose between passive or active use of the tweeter and mid-bass speaker. The speakers come with the beloved S2 Crosshead terminal which allows you to choose either faston connectors or a cross screw connection, giving you the best of both worlds.

Finally, the speakers come with hexagonal patterned grilles with aluminum characters to protect the speaker and keep your setup stylish. The aluminum emblem adds a touch of elegance to your audio.
