MATCH PP 86DSP MK2 - AMPLIFIER HD 8 CHANNEL

The power of the MATCH series for individual system concepts - no less than eight channels of amplifiers and even nine separate DSP channels make this extremely powerful Plug & Play amplifier a sound virtuoso for the expansion of OEM audio systems.

The "heart" of the PP 86DSP is a state-of-the-art 64-bit DSP with enormous processing power and the best sound optimization opportunities. The package is completed by the proprietary HD Class Audiotec Fischers technology which combines maximum efficiency with minimum bulk.

In addition to a 6-channel highlevel input with ADEP (Advanced Diagnostics Error Protection) circuit, the PP 86DSP is equipped with a MATCH Extension Card slot. This allows the addition of additional interfaces such as a Bluetooth ® audio streaming module or a sound card High resolution USB.

Thanks to the professional and intuitive PC-Tool V4 DSP software, with its many new features, the individual audio setup becomes intuitive and immediate. Without a doubt - a sound upgrade with this amp will be a lot of fun.

HD class technology

The PP 86DSP combines the advantages of a class H technology with the principle of a class D amplifier. The result is unsurpassed efficiency that easily surpasses any conventional Class D amplifier. By varying the internal supply voltage based on the amplitude of the input signal amplifier, unused losses are significantly reduced and overall efficiency is close to the maximum at any time.

Smart Highlevel input

The latest generation of OE car radios incorporates sophisticated possibilities for diagnosing connected speakers. If a common amplifier is connected, error messages and the loss of specific features (eg fader function) are often the result - but not with the PP 86DSP. The new ADEP circuit (Advanced Diagnostics Error Protection) avoids all these problems without loading the OE radio speaker outputs in case of unnecessary high volumes.

Start-Stop functionality

The switched power supply of the MATCH PP 86DSP ensures a constant internal power supply voltage even if the battery voltage drops to 6 Volts during the crank of the motor. If the supply voltage drops below 10.5 volts for more than five seconds, the amplifier switches to "Protection Mode" (the status LED lights up red) to avoid further discharges from the car battery.

Automatic detection of digital signals

The transition from the analog input to the digital input is performed automatically as soon as a signal is detected on the optical input. This function can be deactivated in the DSP PC-Tool software. Alternatively, an optional remote control can be used for manual switching between analogue and digital inputs.

Energy saving mode

Energy saving mode is incorporated into the basic setting. It allows to significantly reduce the energy consumption of the PP 86DSP and of the potentially connected amplifiers once there is no input signal for more than 60 seconds. Note that in many cars updated with "CAN" or any other internal bus structure it can happen that the radio remains "invisibly" turned on for a maximum of 45 minutes. even after closing and leaving the car! Once "Power Save Mode" is active, the remote output and then the connected amplifiers will be turned off. MATCH PP 86DSP will reactivate the remote output within one second if a music signal is applied. The switch-off time can be changed by 60 sec. or completely deactivate the "Energy saving mode" via the DSP PC-Tool software.
