The PP 62DSP offers everything an updated Plug & Play amplifier needs: easy installation and maximum flexibility.

It is installed without problems via Plug & Play wiring included in the delivery - no cable needs to be cut or modified.

The MATCH Extension Card (MEC) slot allows you to expand the functionality of the PP 62DSP by inserting an optional MEC module, such as a Bluetooth® Audio Streaming module, an optical digital input or a high resolution USB sound card. In addition, the PP 62DSP offers the option to connect additional amplifiers using the two-channel preamplifier output.

Even sound lovers get their money - thanks to the professional and user-friendly software of Audiotec Fischer DSP PC it becomes incredibly easy to create customized audio configurations. Furthermore, the PP 62DSP is optionally configurable as a 6-channel amplifier with a total of 8 DSP channels.

ADEP.2 intelligent high level input - The latest generation of OE car radios incorporates sophisticated diagnostic options for connected speakers. If a normal amplifier is connected, error messages and the loss of specific characteristics (eg the fade function) are often the result. Furthermore, the new power stage concepts in some radios can cause asymmetric output signals that cause distortions in AD converters. The new ADEP.2 circuit (Advanced Diagnostics Error Protection, 2nd generation) avoids all these problems without loading the OE radio speaker outputs in case of unnecessary high volumes.

Energy-saving mode - The "Energy-saving mode" is incorporated in all car-specific configurations and in the basic configuration of the DSP PC-Tool software. It allows to significantly reduce the energy consumption of the PP 62DSP (or any other connected amplifier) ​​once there is no input signal for more than 60 seconds. Note that in many cars updated with "CAN" or other internal bus structures it may happen that the car radio (and therefore also the PP 62DSP) remains "invisibly" turned on for a maximum of 45 minutes. after leaving the car! Once the "Energy saving mode" is activated, the output stages of the PP 62DSP and its remote output will be deactivated, thus reducing current consumption to less than 250 mA. The amplifier will return to full operation within 2 seconds if a music signal is applied. The switch-off time can be changed by 60 sec. or completely deactivate the "Energy saving performed" via DSP PC-Tool.

MicroSD - The MicroSD card reader allows you to easily configure the DSP inside the amplifier without the need to directly connect a personal computer. Just download the desired configuration and copy it to any MicroSD card. Finally insert the MicroSD card into the PP 62DSP and the copying process will start automatically.
