HELIX V TWO - Amplifier 2 channel high resolution
High-Efficiency Class-D Amplification
The HELIX V TWO uses modern Class-D amplifier technology, designed to maximize energy efficiency and reduce heat dissipation. Compared to traditional Class-AB amplifiers, this system allows for significantly lower current draw, reducing the load on the battery and alternator—a particularly significant advantage in battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and complex OEM audio systems.
Thanks to recent technological developments, Class-D amplification ensures high-end audio performance, with extremely low total harmonic distortion (THD), a wide frequency response, and excellent damping factor. A cutting-edge solution for those seeking sound quality and compatibility with the needs of modern cars.
Bridged Speaker Outputs for Maximum Flexibility
The HELIX V TWO offers the ability to configure the outputs in bridge mode, combining two channels to drive more demanding loads, such as subwoofers or high-power mid-woofers. This option allows for strategic power management, offering versatility in audio system design without compromising sound quality. Ideal for those seeking customized configurations and high performance in small spaces.
Intelligent ACP Interface
The HELIX V TWO control concept is distinguished by its ACP (Amplifier Control Panel) interface, which replaces traditional trimmers or DIP switches with pushbuttons and LED indicators. This simple and intuitive digital control system allows for management of all key functions:
- Manual or automatic gain setting (AGR)
- Input mode selection
- Signal reference configuration.
Auto Gain Ranging (AGR)
With the AGR (Auto Gain Ranging) function, the V TWO automatically calibrates the input gain to optimally match the source signal level. The process takes just seconds and eliminates the need for complex manual adjustments or external equipment. The integrated LED indicator provides real-time visual feedback for both gain level and clipping, ensuring a consistently perfect setting for distortion-free audio performance.
V-AMP Link
The V-AMP Link function is designed for modular integration with other HELIX V series amplifiers. It enables high-quality signal connection between multiple units, maintaining maximum sonic purity even in complex configurations. Ideal when expanding your system with subwoofers or high-performance drivers, maintaining consistent audio quality throughout the system.
SOP – Stabilized Output Power
Thanks to SOP (Stabilized Output Power) technology, the HELIX V TWO maintains constant output power even in the presence of fluctuations in the on-board power supply voltage. This results in consistently stable and dynamic sound, even during critical phases such as engine start-up or with variable-speed alternators. An essential solution for achieving reliable performance under any conditions.
