    Vibrofilter 2.0 mm is an innovative self-adhesive anti-vibration damping material with a thickness of 2.0 mm.

    Innovative anti-vibration damping material from the popular manufacturer Vibrofilter. VBF reacts to the development of the latest trends, adjusts the design of the cover film, perforation and adjusts the composition of the butyl layer. Thanks to more pronounced perforation, the material better copies the complex shapes of interior parts. New, softened butyl rubber with an innovative self-adhesive layer in conjunction with ALU foil with a high grammage of 0.1 mm sets a new standard among damping materials. The 2 mm material thus achieves a great acoustic loss factor of 0.38!

    How to apply the damping material Vibrofilter 2.0 mm?

    1) Degrease the surface.

    2) Cut the damping material into pieces approx. 15x15 cm in size

    3) Apply from the bottom up with an overlap of about 0.5 cm (as if you were putting bags on the roof, the water from the material will then run down to the drainage channels and will not get under the material)

    4) Carefully roll out with the  ➡️ CTK ROLLER

    Our TIP:  For maximum efficiency in noise reduction, we recommend layering the material with a second layer of  ➡️ VBF NOISE NEOPRENE 3 (undercarriage) or ➡️ VBF NOISE NEOPRENE 6 (doors, floor, sides, etc.).
