Nakamichi JAPAN introduces its latest Digital Signal Processor to its NDST series with the NDST550A Hi-Res DSP with built-in amplifier. The NDST550A has been designed with 12 channels to enable a wide range of aftermarket audio integrations as well as time correction and equalizer tools to fine tune the acoustics of the vehicle. The NDST550A is designed from the ground up to be high definition, while continuing features from the NDS line of DSPs that include easy installation with OEM or factory systems with a choice of custom OE fit cables, Nakamichi head unit or any other compatible brands of aftermarket devices. The NDST550A also comes with a built-in amplifier that provides 10 channels of output power (RMS 2CHx160W, 4CHx80W, 4CHx50W @ 4Ω) for installations without the need for an external amplifier, just add a Nakamichi active subwoofer and you're ready to play. With the Nakamichi remote control, (AC-2 optional) with large control wheel that can be installed on the car dashboard for easy volume and bass adjustment and source selection. Music can also be streamed using the NDST550A's (optional) Bluetooth connection, bypassing the head unit entirely.
