The AV 165 low-midrange chassis use an aerodynamically optimized AOT (Anti Oscillation Technology) basket made of the highest quality G-Al Si 10 Mg AOTAOTA aluminum, which ensures the special rigidity. One of the focal points was the aerodynamics of the basket and the neodymium cover to ensure the best possible rear ventilation at all times in different installation situations. The very light and yet stiff Nawi membrane construction of both the AV 80 and the AV 165 consists of coated Egyptian paper that has been pressed several times. The Nawi membrane technology: a membrane that can be bent over is a special form of Nawi loudspeaker membrane that avoids the emission of disruptive harmonics and thus ensures natural reproduction over the entire sound range.
