Mechanics, Control, and Design

The special rubber surround, made of high-quality butyl, allows for exceptionally linear diaphragm excursion with minimal distortion. Its highly damping material promotes precise diaphragm guidance and prevents unwanted resonances in the suspension area, even at high excursions.

The robust Nomex spider structure, made of meta-aramid fabric, ensures precise and consistent centering and stable mechanical properties throughout its life. Together with the vented spider structure and vented pole piece, air circulation in the magnetic cavity is optimized and compression effects are significantly reduced.

The ML165 PRO model impresses with its refined appearance, thanks to the satin-finished membrane surface and fine structure, the matte black powder-coated aluminum basket, and the discreet decorative ring around the dust cap. This design combines acoustic functionality with an elegant, understated aesthetic that blends harmoniously into high-quality vehicle interiors.

Massive 24-karat gold-plated binding posts ensure maximum conductivity and pristine signal purity.
