Audio Systems' HELON H series has always been particularly popular with those looking for high levels. Now the largest woofer in the family and thus the thickest chunk in the entire product range is appearing as a newly made HELON EVO version. The woofer chassis alone weighs 21.6kg.

As with the X-Series, Audio System is moving to the new paper cone for the HELON H-Evo woofers, which has a thick layer of plastic on the front for reinforcement. This composite is not overly heavy, but very stable and therefore perfectly suited as a subwoofer membrane.

Plenty of air can flow through the huge windows in the die-cast basket, and the linear stroke can be estimated at around 25 millimeters in every direction. Mechanically it is 55 millimeters of travel from the spider to the pole plate.
