The cones are formed from fiberglass cloth impregnated with lightweight resin to form ultralight rigid curvilinear cones coupled to rubber surrounds. Poly cotton spiders ensure precise alignment with smooth excursion. Soft rubber dust caps on midrange drivers cancel out unwanted resonances.
