Auto Finesse Glide Clay Bar Lube (5 L) is an extremely fluid and gentle clay lubricant for decontamination, also suitable for dilution.
Lack of adequate lubrication is one of the causes of paint scratches during the decontamination process. For this reason, Auto Finesse created Glide Clay Bar Lubricant. Its special blend helps encapsulate the metal shavings released during the decontamination process. This allows the Clay Bar to glide effectively over the vehicle's surface. This significantly reduces the risk of scratches during the entire car decontamination process.
Auto Finesse Glide was specifically formulated to work in conjunction with the Auto Finesse Clay Bar. Its special blend of long-lasting lubricant allows the clay to glide easily over the painted surface, like a well-oiled ball bearing. Once the clay application process is complete, the microfiber cloth should slide off the surface on its own. If the microfiber cloth gets stuck somewhere, it will reveal the contaminated area. This will help you identify any imperfections and save time that could be spent on other detailing steps.
Glide for working with fine clay can be diluted up to 1:5. There's no need to rinse afterward; simply polishing the car with a microfiber cloth is essentially sufficient.
.
Note: The dilution rate of the lubricant depends on the degree of contamination, the hardness of the paint, and, last but not least, the hardness of the clay used. If using Auto Finesse Clay Bar, you can dilute it up to a ratio of 1:10 for routine maintenance. For heavy contamination, a maximum dilution of 1:5 is recommended. When using hard clay from any manufacturer, leave the lubricant concentrated or dilute it up to a maximum of 1:1. For medium-hard clay, dilute in ratios of 1:2 to 1:5 depending on the degree of contamination. For soft clays, you can dilute as with Auto Finesse Clay Bar, up to a ratio of 1:10. If decontaminating soft paints, do not dilute the lubricant to be safe.
