"The plastic housing is impeccably processed ... the MMX-842USB is a good choice ... the STA-225 has all the usual protection circuits, even a clip limiter can be switched on and a display shows all sorts of useful information about the operation. The sound of our test system is really appealing: a nice, deep bass and clean mid-12s, plus a round, clear high-frequency range. The achievable volume is already sufficient with a subwoofer for small to medium-sized occasions and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of performance - neither the active bass loudspeaker nor the passive top parts sounded or even overwhelmed.
