    The AA-JA32473 board of the 2 x 30 W amplifier is equipped with integrated ADAU1707 audio DSP, configurable PBTL and fully compatible with JAB1 and JAB2, a Headphone Amplifier, an integrated debug port for Sigma Studio via USBi or Original WONDOM, ICP1 / ICP2, an external control switch port and a low voltage interruption programming port.

    High sound quality.

    In addition to low power consumption, Sure Electronics offers a very high sound quality at the same time. Everything is nothing without high sound quality. We can get a frequency response lower than ± 3dB on the AUX channel, which is the same on the Bluetooth channel if APT-X is enabled. For most Sure Electronics audio amplifiers, it is possible to get about 90dB or more SNR and 0 distortion, 01% when 1Watt mode is issued. PBTL (Mono) Confi gurable. The JAB series amplifiers support the Parallel Bridge Tied Load mode, in which two outputs are connected together as a channel. In PBTL (mono) mode, one of the two inputs can function as an input connector. If the audio signal is transmitted to both inputs, the outputs are mixed. Connect the positive and negative output together for best efficiency. For the configuration of the PBTL mode, 500 MOQ pieces will be required. Customers must send a requirement to us for confirmation before placing the order. Sure Electronics cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to people, things or data due to the customer's incorrect display of the PBTL mode.

    Quick installation.

    During the practical installation of the Jukebox / kiosk amplifier, up to several dozens of minutes will be spent for connection and debugging in the last assembly and test phase. The reasons behind the potential problems are found in many aspects of operation, such as the reversed polarity of the power supply, the correct multi-channel orders, the volume adjustment of each channel, the disconnection of the signal channel caused by poor contact and so on . To solve the problems mentioned above and improve the connection and frequency of effective tests, we use different forms of connectors for power connections, speaker connections, signal input connections and potentiometer connections. For example, the Micro-Fit molex 2CKT vertical headers, the upper-input type headers JC PHST 4CKT / 6CKT are populated in JAB for easy recognition. Furthermore, we also supply combined extension cables for different connectors, which can be easily distinguished from one another with different colors. We spare no effort in improving the connection and debugging of efficiency and in saving on installation and debugging costs.

    Compatible with JAB1 / 2.

    JAB1 and JAB2 provide a stereo solution for portable Bluetooth speakers with MPPT battery recharge. In addition to the headphone amplifier, JAB3 also provides a flexible DSP solution. This means that when working with the JAB1 / 2 main boards, it is a complete audio system 4.0 (BTL), 2.1 and 0.2 (PBTL) with control interfaces and signal processing. The application ranges from active loudspeaker concepts (3-way digital unit 3, 2-way crossover 2 units, bass optimization, etc.) and carries out the transformation from 2.0 to 2.1 (if used with JAB2). With four potentiometers, customers can get the default function and adjust the volume of the audio input, gain, bass and treble cut-off frequency. Customers can connect the JAB3 with JAB1 / 2 via the JST-PH-6PIN connectors on board.

    Adaptive power supply module for RV / Yacht applications.

    If your projects are powered by the RV or Yacht battery system, we could supply adaptive power that always emits 24V DC when the input voltage is not less than 10V and not more than 40V. The power supply module is in capable of delivering 100 W continuously and 200 W with efficiency up to 85%, which is suitable for audio power amplification applications. * The range of power supply voltages of the JAB3 series is 12-24 V, typical 19V.

    DSP integration.

    With the integrated debug port for Sigma Studio, customers can pre-program with Sure Electronics ICP1, ICP2 or the original analog USB to get more features including equalization, crossover, bass optimization, dynamic multiband processing, delay compensation, etc. DSP ADAU1701 programmable 28/56 bit audio from the analog device is competent in various signal processing applications. This process can compensate for the limitations of the real world of speakers, amplifiers and listening environments, providing significant improvements in perceived audio quality. Most of the process is performed in 56-bit double-precision mode, achieving excellent low-level signal performance. Two C-Δ ADCs and four DAC Σ-C integrated in this DSP provide a 98.5 dB analog input to the dynamics of the analog output. Each ADC has a THD + N of -83 dB, and each DAC has a THD + N of -90 dB. The most popular applications are the active speaker, the public address system and the active subwoofer, including the stereo high-pass filter and the mixed low-pass filter, also named with the amplified speaker controller, demonstrated on this card as follows.

    1.Original Analog USB EVAL-ADUSB2EBZ

    Sure Electronics supplies the original analog EVAL-ADUSB2Z USB for our customers. We will supply a 10-pin cornoid, a 6-pin cable and a bulletin board. The Cutomers can use the bulletin board to connect the original analog USBi and DSP analogue card. Using SigmaStudio ™ software, customers can easily program themselves.

    2. In-circuit programmer - ICP2

    Sure Electronics provides an open source USB with a bulletin board for easy connection with the DSP kernel card. USBi open-source can be connected directly to the board without a 10-pin cornoid. This kit called the In-circuit programmer - ICP2. With a 6-pin cable, you can easily connect the ICP2 and DSP Kernel card.

    3. ICP1 in-circuit programmer

    Sure Electronics provides its own programming card called the In-Circuit Programmer - ICP1, which is the gospel for customers who prefer simple style. It can be connected directly to the DSP kernel board using a 6-pin cable without pinboard. The APM can be controlled by Sure Electronics ICP1 or ICP2. The integrated self-supporting EEPROM is included in the ICP1 for board operation independently of the Analog Devices, Inc., SigmaStudio ™ software.

    Integration stereo headphone amplifier.

    The headphone amplifier delivers up to 125 mW per channel in a load of 32 ohms and has a low 0.02% THD + N. It uses the capless Direct-Drive architecture to produce an output with ground reference from a single power supply, eliminating the need for large DC blocking capacitors for output and saving costs, board space and component height. The gain is set internally (-2 V / V or -1.5 V / V), further reducing the number of components.

    Fully protection, robust performance.

    The amplifier board series uses TI's TPA311x series as the main chip. All are equipped with over-current and over-temperature protection, which is able to avoid permanent stress caused by improper operation. In addition to the integrated protection of the chip, the components of protection against electrostatic discharges are used throughout the input and output of the amplifier card to ensure its robustness and reliability. All available input and output pins are presented as headers of molex that facilitate the coupling and prevent the accidental coupling during the assembly.

    Extremely low standby power.

    The JAB series was able to continuously reproduce the playback time up to 24 hours, which was tested with the connected Bluetooth music and the Jazz style songs reproduced continuously. The maximum output voltage on the speaker is 4 V RMS and the load is not less than 5%. Sure Electronics also offers a solution with continuous playback time up to 60 hours, which is more than 2 days with only 2 hours of fast charging. This version can only provide a maximum output of 7.5 Watts at 4 ohm loads, but this is already sufficient for most applications. The standby time is calculated with Bluetooth always enabled, which means that Bluetooth can always be searched. Its 7-day standby time is not reached by stopping the Bluetooth module. So comparing with competitive products, we can achieve a 4 times higher standby time with a high and ffi cient DC / DC converter and a low power consumption microcontroller like PMU (Power Management Unit).

    Optional extensions.

    Sure Electronics has released an interface extension card to provide a simple panel mounting solution for customer applications. The on-board interfaces include a 3.5mm AUX jack, two USB 2CKT ports for charging, a toggle button with LED power indicators. With headers or a 10-pin cable, the interface extension card will be connected to the amplifier board and quickly integrated into the system. The Sure Electronics cells 3/4/5 in series 18650 Balance for lithium ion batteries and protection board are specially designed for type 18650 batteries of 3/4/5 cells. Customers can use solar panels for their applications. Remember to use only solar batteries with voltage (open) with 16.5-21.5 V and use 20-100 Watt panels for this application. For example, 3 series lithium ion batteries emit more than 12.6 V when fully charged. The customer could also connect 2 pieces of lithium battery and protection extension boards in parallel to obtain a higher voltage. Cells 3/4/5 of the 18650 series with expansion card for balancing and balancing the lithium ion battery are integrated with overvoltage and undervoltage protection circuits.
